Yes, absolutely. By caring for your microbiome and skin barrier Cultured strengthens the skin and makes it less prone to sensitivity. It also has a calming affect that tackles the causes as well as the symptoms of sensitive skin.

Yes. Our products are safe to use whilst pregnant but if you are worried please consult your doctor and show him the particular product's ingredient list.


Yes. Our bottles are glass with non-toxic, environmentally friendly water-based paint. Our cartons use FSC card and can be recycled too.

All our products are formulated in the UK.

We advise testing a little product on your wrist before using the product on your face if you have any concerns about allergies. Should you have any allergic reaction stop using the product immediately, rinse with cold water. Please do get in touch as we would love to stay informed of any issues our customers may have and to see what we can do to help.

Yes.. All our products are 100% vegan.


Our products expire 9 months after opening.

During our initial production we used a sustainable soya-based ink on our bottles that has reacted negatively to increased heat exposure, we have replaced this ink with a new sustainable water-based formula designed to withstand this sort of environment. If you have noticed any scratches on your bottle, please reach out to our customer services team.

delivery & Returns

We ship worldwide (except for Australia, New Zealand and USA)

For UK orders on a standard service we expect to deliver your order 2-4 working days from day of ordering. For EU orders, we expect to deliver your order in 5-7 working days. For all other orders, we expect to deliver your order in 7-10 working days.

UK delivery costs £2.95. European delivery costs £7.95 and rest of world costs £10. We also have free shipping when you spend over £70 worldwide (we don't ship to Australia, New Zealand & USA currently).

Yes for the UK only. Orders need to be placed before 12pm Monday - Thursday in order to arrive the next day. We use a Royal Mail 24-hour Service.

Orders £70 or more qualifies for free standard delivery – this will automatically apply at checkout.

We use Royal Mail for the UK and international orders use a local carrier.

If you changed your mind on your products for any reason, we'll happily refund your order within 30 days of ordering on our website. Please email us using the Contact Us form and we'll explain how our returns process works and how to return your product.

Yes. If you are ordering outside the UK your order will be subject to local customs and import duties, so it would be beneficial to familiarise yourself with your local charges prior to ordering as Cultured does not take responsibility for any extra duties incurred.
